Description

European open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles 14, 33, 57 to 59 (open call for tenders) and 77-I (order forms) of the Public Procurement Code. Within the meaning of Community law, this contract with order forms is equivalent to a framework agreement with a single operator. The contract shall be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date indicated in the notification letter. It may be expressly renewed 3 times a year. 3 months before the anniversary of the contract, the authority shall inform the contractor, by registered letter of receipt, whether or not to renew the contract. In the event of renewal, the contractor may not refuse to do so. In the event of non-renewal, the Contractor shall remain engaged until the end of the current period. Since the contract may be renewed, there is an option within the meaning of Community law.
