Description

New construction of an open all-day elementary school Gewerbeschulstr 109 in Wuppertal Installation BMA In addition to the production of the BMA system, the optional commissioning of maintenance services is part of this tender. In addition to the prices for the main services, the prices for the maintenance service must be entered by the tenderers in the schedule of services and will be included in the tender evaluation. The maintenance services can be requested optionally as required by the customer, at the latest at the time of acceptance of the manufactured system. The term of the maintenance contract is 4 years from acceptance. There is no obligation on the part of the client to use the option. This means that the future contractor has no legal claim to the retrieval of the maintenance services, but is obliged to provide the maintenance service when the option is used by the customer. With surcharge, the option right becomes part of the contract. The exercise of the option right by the client does not constitute a new order in the legal sense. Further information on the maintenance services and the associated framework conditions can be found in the attached maintenance contract as well as in the procurement and contract documents.
