Description

In the recent years, OSL has performed construction and maintenance works and construction contracts for approx. 30-40 million Norwegian krone per year. The Awarding Authority would like to further inform that it will enter into up to 4 parallel framework agreements within the field. In addition to operational related assignments, a significant part of the assignments constitute the reconstruction and establishment of commercial areas in the terminal building and preparatory works in connection with the T2 development (the terminal expansion by 117,000 m2), the assignments will generally take place parallel. In common the assignments will require the ability to perform the assignments within in the short notice / for an arranged time and quality. OSL considers the contractors construction management and the follow-up of the assignments a very important parameter for success.
