Description

The subject of this public contract is the provision of rights of use ("Licenses") to Microsoft Corporation's software products under the Microsoft Enrollment for Education Solution (EES) license program and the provision of other services associated with the use of licenses to legal entities performing the activities of schools and educational facilities within the jurisdiction of the Ústí nad Labem Region and security as an authorized seller for the field of education for: • contributory organisations established by the Ústí nad Labem Region • entrusting contracting authorities in the territory of the Ústí nad Labem Region with the type of municipality with extended competence, which are the founder of contributory organisations carrying out the activities of schools and educational establishments. The client expects a deeper development of Microsoft 365 environments, including the implementation of AI technologies, Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies. The acquisition of these licenses and services is necessary for the updating and development of the technical environment of school organizations, which will ensure reliable compatibility with other information systems of the contracting authority and the required development and financial stability (FinOps).
