Description

Karlshamn Municipality and Karlshamn Real Estate are inviting a tender for a car pool.
The purpose of the tender is to replace the existing car pool, which is currently operated internally with leased cars.
Karlshamn Municipality wants the future car pool to become an ‘open car pool’ and that individuals/companies be given the opportunity to use the car pool at times that Karlshamn Municipality does not use it.
The size of the Bilpool is driven by demand/needs and this is administered by the supplier, as agreed on a continuous basis with the contact person at Karlshamn Municipality. Statistics should thus be able to be presented to substantiate/justify changes.
The buyer does not undertake to charge a certain volume during the term of the contract.
The contractor undertakes to deliver to the contracting authority a car pool in accordance with this contract and with the specifications, commercial terms and conditions set out in the tender specifications on which the contract was based and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the successful tender.
