The subject of the public procurement procedure is the collection, transport and disposal by incineration and decontamination by autoclaving with subsequent disposal of hazardous waste arising from the activities of UMBAL Saint Anna AD AD. Collection is carried out at the landfill site of the health institution. The collection and transport of hazardous waste should take place on schedule.
The number of visits to the medical institution – at least 3 times a week (according to an approved schedule) and, if necessary, additional fax or e-mail requests from the contractor. The response time in the event of an emergency call shall be at the request of the participant, at hours, but not exceeding 4 hours from the reporting. The service is carried out by means of transport owned by the contractor. The contractor undertakes to carry out the collection of hazardous waste using its own containers of 240 litres (at least 90 items) made available to the contracting authority free of charge for the duration of the contract.
