Description

The purpose of this contract is to provide a platform for online booking and ordering of rail and air tickets and ancillary services. It is a framework agreement with single-awarded purchase orders with no minimum but a maximum value of EUR 75 000 (excluding VAT) per year. It is concluded for a period of one year from its notification, tacitly renewable 3 times. A phase of setting up and configuring the platform is planned. This phase will take place on the basis of the notification of the framework agreement and will have to be completed by 30 September 2026. Order forms relating to bookings and orders for tickets and ancillary services will be issued from 1 October 2026, depending on the occurrence of needs. It should be noted that the platform must be operational and ready for use by 1 October 2026.
