Description

De gemeente Zaanstad wenst een overeenkomst af te sluiten voor de het leveren, implementeren en onderhouden van een zaaksysteem op basis van Software as a Service (in de cloud) met in ieder geval de volgende componenten en integraties: Componenten: Generieke zaakafhandelcomponent, Documentbeheercomponent en archiefbeheercomponent, E-formulieren publicatie-en-beheercomponent, Mijngemeentecomponent, Zoekmachinecomponent, Managementinformatiecomponent, Relatiebeheercomponent, Objectencomponent en een Bestuur- en Raadsinformatiecomponent. Integraties: Basisadministraties (GBA-V, BRP en BAG), NieuwHandelsRegister (NHR), MijnOverheid (Berichtenbox), DigiD, eHerkenning, Internetkassa, Active Directory (SSO), Microsoft365, Email, SmartDocuments Cloud (DCR), iBabs (ZaakDMS), Scanvoorziening Kofax (ZaakDMS) en Datapakhuis (data). Uw inschrijfsom dient op straffe van uitsluiting minimaal € 750.000 en maximaal € 1.500.000 te zijn.
