Description

Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Lieferung eines High Throughput Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope (STEM). Bei dem anzuschaffenden Gerät handelt es sich um ein Rastertransmissionselektronenmikroskop (S/TEM) mit vollautomatischer Bildgebung/chemischer Datenanalyse und On-the-fly-Datenanalyse mit automatischer Erstellung von Statistikberichten. Um die Struktur-Eigenschafts-Beziehungen der synthetisierten Materialien zu verstehen, sind verschiedene strukturelle und chemische Charakterisierungen erforderlich. Bildgebung, Beugung und chemische Analysen bis in den atomaren Bereich sind erforderlich, um einige einzigartige Merkmale der synthetisierten Materialien zu charakterisieren. Dies wird dazu beitragen, die gewünschten Eigenschaften für spezifische Anwendungen zu optimieren und ist für das neue KCOP Building / IMT am KIT - Campus Nord, Eggenstein-L.
