Description

The objective of the contract is to assist DG REGIO and its Border Focal Point team in engaging more widely with border stakeholders. It procures the help from a communication and cross-border cooperation expert/team to manage and develop the communication activities of the Border Focal Point, and to boost engagement and interaction in the related platforms (on Futurium and on official social media accounts of EU Regio Interreg), particularly by: - using the Border Focal Point Network platform hosted on Futurium (‘the Network’ or ‘the platform’); - organising the ‘Beyond Borders: Breakfast Debates’ (‘the Debates’) series; - promoting border stakeholders’ involvement in the platform via the creation and dissemination of short videos and articles, while promoting content generated by the Border Focal Point (studies, data analysis, etc.); - engaging with border stakeholders via social media and other communication activities; - promoting Youth engagement in the Border Focal Point Network activities. The expected results of the contract are: enhanced border stakeholders' engagement into the Border Focal Point Network; dynamic exchange of solutions to border obstacles and dissemination of good practices on cross-border cooperation – increased number of interactions in ‘the Network’; increased engagement and number of registered users to ‘the Network’, as well as to ‘the Debates’ and official social media channels.
