Denmark-Højbjerg: Support services for road transport
The tendered contract includes 2 lots and a single contract is concluded with a supplier.
Lot 1 covers ticketing checks in Aarhus Letbane and the city buses in Aarhus, carrying out 10 000 checks in Aarhus Latvian and 53 000 checks on urban buses per year.
Lot 2 covers ticketing checks on buses outside Aarhus, with 6 000 checks carried out annually, as well as quality checks on buses throughout the Central Traffic area, with 6 000 checks carried out annually.
The contract is a contract of indefinite duration, with the possibility for both parties to terminate the contract at least 6 months’ notice in the case of Midttrag and 15 months’ notice in the case of the supplier. However, the contract may be terminated at the earliest until 28.2.2022. The contract therefore runs until the termination of the contract by one of the parties.
Transfer of employees is required (at present. (18) currently carrying out ticketing checks on the city buses in Aarhus.See also Annex E of the invitation to tender.
