Description

The municipality of Hollands Kroon is located in the Kop of North Holland and has around 48 000 inhabitants, 22 village centres and an area of 660 hectares.
The municipality of Hollands Kroon is curative. The municipal coordinators shall decide when to spread and then call on the contractor concerned. The period during which this is done is, in principle, from 1 November to 31 March. Hollands Kroon is divided into 4 regions (the 4 old municipalities) because there may be local differences in temperature and therefore slippery. Exceptionally, if snow is present, preventive scattering is sometimes carried out.
Fixed scatter routes are used. The total length of road and cycle paths is 344 km.
The purpose of this European open call for tenders is to conclude a contract with 1 successful tenderers for smooth-control from 2018 onwards.
