Description

De aanbestede opdracht luidt: verzorgen van chauffeursdiensten aan de directieleden en het hoger management van Gasunie.
Binnen de scope van de opdracht wordt van de leverancier minimaal verwacht:
Verzorgen van chauffeursdiensten in voornamelijk Nederland, Duitsland en België. Gasunie heeft geautoriseerde gebruikers van chauffeursdiensten. Leverancier dient te allen tijde zorg te dragen voor tevreden gebruikers.
Met deze aanbesteding wil Gasunie de volgende doelstellingen realiseren:
1. behouden van de huidige kwaliteit van de dienstverlening — we denken hierbij aan het bieden van optimale dienstverlening en ondersteuning aan de leden van de executieve board, executieve comité en het hoger management team van Gasunie, bijvoorbeeld door volledige ontzorging en ondersteuning bij het reizen van en naar een betreffende locatie;
2. verlaging van de totale kosten — Gasunie denkt de totale kosten te kunnen verlagen door deze dienstverlening in concurrentie in de markt te zetten. Gasunie is op zoek naar een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor de gevraagde dienstverlening.
