The subject-matter of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from properties on which residents live; property on which residents do not live but generate municipal waste and immovable property, which in part consists of properties on which residents live and some of the properties on which no residents live and municipal waste is generated, together with the above-mentioned properties being equipped with containers and bags for municipal waste and maintaining the containers in adequate sanitary, cleaning and technical condition.
