Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa środków antyseptycznych do błon śluzowych, preparatów dezynfekcyjnych do skóry i rąk, produktów do mycia i pielęgnacji skóry i rąk, preparatów do mycia i dezynfekcji powierzchni, narzędzi chirurgicznych i endoskopów, płyny i drobny sprzęt do Centralnej Sterylizatorni z podziałem na 34 zadania.
a. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia, według przeznaczenia i charakterystyki, zawiera Arkusz asortymentowo-ilościowo-cenowy - załącznik Nr 1 do SWZ.
b. Wymagany minimalny termin ważności asortymentu – min. 9 m-cy liczone od daty dostawy do siedziby Zamawiającego.
Szczegółowe warunki i zasady realizacji przedmiotu zamówienia określa dodatkowo projekt umowy będący załącznikiem Nr 4.
