Description

6.1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa ambulansu typu C wraz z wyposażeniem. 6.2. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i stosowania na terytorium Polski, jak również zgodny z obowiązującymi w tym zakresie przepisami prawnymi, musi posiadać wszelkie niezbędne atesty i inne dokumenty ujęte w SWZ. 6.3. Szczegółowy opis/warunki dot. przedmiotu zamówienia zawarto w projekcie umowy stanowiącym Załącznik nr 7 do SWZ oraz: szczegółowe wymagania dotyczące parametrów techniczno-użytkowych przedmiotu zamówienia znajdują się w Załączniku nr 2b do SWZ, tj. w Formularzu Ofertowym Wykonawca winien uzupełnić powyższy załącznik poprzez podanie informacji (opisu) o zaoferowanym przedmiocie zamówienia lub potwierdzenie parametrów podanych przez zamawiającego i wpisanie „TAK- Zgodnie z SWZ”.
