Description

The subject of the contract is: SKLOP 1 - Carrying out supervision of the implementation of all GOI works and qualitative, technical, financial supervision of the construction, management and coordination of the implementation of the project, technical consulting and other engineering services carried out in the construction of the residential neighbourhood Ob Savi, Kranj and the construction of municipal equipment. SKLOP 2 - Implementation of BIM control in design and construction for quality assurance in the manufacturing process of PZI BIM, PID BIM model and upgrade to FM BIM model for maintenance and management. BIM control comprises the review of the BIM documents of the implementation plan, the review of the PZI BIM model, the review of the PID BIM model, the integration of documents and the PID BIM model into the FM BIM model, real-time reports.
