Description

la présente consultation concerne la réalisation de prestations foncières et topographiques sur routes départementales et autres éléments du patrimoine du département de la Mayenne.La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique.L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande.Chaque accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul opérateur économique.L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une période initiale de 1 an à compter de la date de notification du contrat, reconductible tacitement trois fois
