Description

The subject of the contract is: (1) in Part I, the supply of 6 units of the same brand new zero-emission electric buses of Class II, category M3. The buses in question must be brand new, unused, fully operational, manufactured no earlier than 2025, coming from an official distribution channel in Poland or the European Union, without any third-party rights. Buses must not come from point-of-sale displays. They must have the same model/type, the same version, the same equipment and the same organisation of the passenger compartment. The components, components, solutions and technical parameters used must be the same in all units of the buses offered. Buses are to be delivered with additional equipment, granted authorization, necessary software, documentation and training. The Contracting Authority will consider that a brand new vehicle will also be a vehicle which, due to the need to carry out appropriate technical inspections, obtain appropriate approvals and transport to the Contracting Authority, will have a mileage of no more than 1,000 kilometers. The Ordering Party allows delivery to the Ordering Party of the subject of the contract on its own strength, on wheels without the use of tow trucks. The contracting authority requires the contractor to submit, on the day of handing over the vehicle with a mileage of more than 50 km, a statement from which the mileage of the vehicle delivered to the contracting authority will result, i.e. the contractor is obliged to indicate the route that was made by the vehicle delivered to the contracting authority which is the subject of the contract together with an indication of the distance in km in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract. A detailed description of the subject-matter of Lot I is set out in Annex 3a to the SWZ. 2) in Part II, the supply, assembly and commissioning of three new two-station stationary charging stations for electric buses. Stations are to be able to charge with direct current, with a maximum output power of one 120 kW connector or, if two connectors are used, with a maximum output power of 60 kW each. In total, the contracting authority requires the creation of 6 charging points (posts) for electric buses. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3b to the SWZ.
