The subject of the contract is the comprehensive organisation and conduct of a study trip abroad to Argentina (Buenos Aires) for entrepreneurs from the Małopolska region, operating in the area of the Regional Smart Specialisation ‘Electrotechnics and machinery industry’, as part of the ‘GoExport Małopolska’ project. The order includes comprehensive logistics and substantive support for the trip, in particular: air transport of participants, local transport on the site of the visit, accommodation, food for participants, insurance of participants, provision of a coordinator/pilot for the trip, organisation of study visits to institutions, enterprises and industry organisations related to the ‘Electrotechnics and Machinery Industry’ sector, organisation of industry and networking meetings, provision of substantive and organisational services for the visit, provision of translation services during meetings and visits, preparation and implementation of B2B meetings with foreign entities operating in the area of Regional Smart Specialisations, in particular in the electrical engineering and machine industry sector, substantive preparation of the visit, including identification of potential business and institutional partners, other services necessary for the correct and comprehensive implementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority. ATTENTION! In the event that the political or epidemic situation in the country or in the country/city of departure or in the countries of stopovers makes it impossible to stay safely, the Ordering Party will have the right to annul the procedure pursuant to Article 255(5) of the Public Procurement Law Act or withdraw from the contract pursuant to Article 456 sec. 1 point 1 of the PPL The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the ‘Description of the subject-matter of the contract’ (OPZ), which is attached as Annex 1 to the FTZ.
