Description

The procurement of medical probes (11 lots) is carried out in the context of Government Decision No 688/21 June 2024 . Acquisition: - it is organized and carried out by the National Office for Centralized Procurement (ONAC), as the Contracting Authority for the centralized procurement of medical products, for and on behalf of the entities within the National System of Emergency Medical Assistance and Qualified First Aid (SNAMUPAC); - concerns medical products necessary for SNAMUPAC’s activity, namely the products referred to in the detailed list provided for in Article 8(9) of Government Emergency Order No 46/31 May 2018; - is carried out on the basis of the substantiation of the need for medical products made and communicated by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, through the Department for Emergency Situations. The detailed list of products required by SNAMUPAC was approved by Joint Order No 168/5.254/317/2024 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health and ONAC. Deadlines for submitting requests / replying to requests for clarifications / additional information: - in accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016, as amended, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is 21 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. - in accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the ONAC will send the consolidated reply to the requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, to the extent that they are submitted within the deadline specified.
