Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia są usługi z zakresu gospodarki leśnej zgodnie z określeniem w art. 6 ust. 1 pkt. 1 ustawy z dnia 28 września 1991 r. o lasach (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 530 – „Ustawa o lasach”) obejmujące prace z zakresu hodowli i ochrony lasu, ochrony przeciwpożarowej, pozyskania i zrywki drewna do wykonania na terenie leśnictwa Mościska i Królówka w roku 2025. Ogłoszenie – na podstawie art. 154 ust. 1- odstąpiono od publikacji ogłoszenia o zamówieniu Tryb postępowania: negocjacje z ogłoszeniem Podstawa prawna – art. 152 oraz art. 153 - 168 ustawy z dnia 11 września 2019 r. Prawo zamówień publicznych (tekst jedn.: Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1320 z późn. zm.).
