Description

The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection's (DSB) division for national preparedness and emergency planning (NBK) wishes to enter into a framework agreement for financial consultancy services.
1. Information on the Contracting Authority
DSB´s responsibilities in public security include national, regional and local security and preparedness, fire and electrical security, emergency and preparedness communication, industrial and business security, hazardous substances and product and consumer security. DSB is responsible for the Civil Defence. DSB is under the Ministry of Justice and Public Security. DSB´s main office is located in Tønsberg.
DSB owns the Norwegian Public Safety Network that is a nationwide critical tele communication infrastructure for secure radio communication based on the TETRA standard.
