Description

The subject matter of the contract is to ensure comprehensive, regular and non-scheduled ground-based expertise:
(a) the transport and collection of laboratory samples (both chemical and biological), including the medical transport of medicinal products, blood and its constituents or the transport of other biological material and the transport of infectious substances, i.e. hazardous substances of Class 6.2 and Class 9, which are the centre of gravity of the transport (hereinafter referred to as “transport of laboratory samples”), (b) transport of laboratory animals (in particular mice), (c) transport of persons – employees of the contracting authority (hereinafter referred to as “passenger transport”), (D) transport of instrumentation and other, heterogeneous, unspecifiable items (hereinafter referred to as “equipment transport”), (e) the transport of internal mail by one supplier – the carrier, who has persons, vehicles and units equipped with vehicles for the transport of laboratory samples, in accordance with Act No 111/1994 Coll. on road transport, as amended and related regulations, the ADR Agreement and further refer to the ZD.
