The Contracting Authority has made the following changes to the Descriptive Document: In hfd. 7.4 Core Competence 1 has been adapted. In hfd. 9.2.3. the maximum rates and the bandwidth have been adjusted. These and all new changes can be found in the 1st NVI. The scope of the present assignment includes strategic advisory issues relating to (future) developments/tilts and any transition of the organization within a domain of ICT and/or Information Provision (IV), as well as the implementation of a given strategic advice. This can also be about advising on the approach to the change and/or guiding it. (see descriptive document for a detailed description) The estimated total value of the Assignment is € 3.000.000 – 5.000.000 excluding VAT for the duration of the Framework Agreements of four (4) years.
