1. The subject of the procurement is the assisted voluntary return service package. The Finnish Immigration Service (the client) acquires one service provider to perform the required service package. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender. "General description of the Assisted Voluntary Return Service AVP". 2. Procurement procedure The procurement is subject to public procurement legislation. The tendering procedure is carried out in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement (1397/2016, Act on Public Contracts). Chapter 12 of the Act on Public Contracts on Special Service Contracts (Social and Health Services and Other Special Service Contracts) applies to the procurement procedure.
