Delivery of a specialized music editing program: writing, reading, correcting, printing for people with visual impairment (1 piece) for the Jan Długosz University in Częstochowa. 1. The subject-matter, quantity and requirements for the subject-matter of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender — Technical specifications, and the requirements indicated therein are to be regarded as defining the required minimum level of requirements. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be obtained by using adapters of various types, branchers, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution. 2. The Contractor shall ensure that the subject of the contract will be brand new, in accordance with applicable standards, technically efficient and adapted for use by the Ordering Party. 3. The license for the delivered software must allow use for a minimum period of 24 months, with a one-time payment for the licenses. 4. The scope of the subject of the contract includes the delivery of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party (the Częstochowa area). 5.
