Description

The purpose of this assignment is to expand knowledge on preventive measures and methods against sexual harassment in the Norwegian working life. Bufdir asks for mapping what measures exist and are used in different businesses and sectors, and obtaining and developing knowledge about the effect of and experiences with different measures from different points of view (position/position in the business, gender, ethnicity etc.), as well as factors that inhibit and promote the effect of measures and that entities work systematically against sexual harassment.
