Description

The subject of the contract is the development of functional utility programs (PFU), determination of the planned costs of design works, planned costs of construction works for the execution of design documentation and construction under the task "Modernization of road infrastructure to service the area of the Starachowice SEZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract to be developed is set out in Annexes 1. Once completed, the facility will be intended for all users, including people with disabilities. Due to the nature of the activities covered by the contract, the Contracting Authority does not require the employment of persons involved in the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment contract. Where justified by the specific nature of the subject-matter of the contract, the Contractor shall refer to the trademark, patent or origin (brand, manufacturer, supplier) of the materials and to the standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in Article 99 para. 1-7 of the Public Procurement Law Act, then it is obliged to indicate in the documentation that it allows the offer of materials or equivalent solutions and is obliged to specify the scope of permissible equivalence.
