Description

The contract concerns:
1. Modernisation of the existing FOIP SI in a classified environment, operating faxes entering and leaving in electronic form (using VoIP gate and fax servers), integrated into the Ministry’s classified e-mail together with a guarantee service for a period of 36 months.
2. Implementation of the FOIP SI in an open environment, operating faxes entering and leaving in electronic form (using VoIP gate and fax servers), through integration into the Ministry’s open e-mail with a guarantee service for a period of 36 months.
3. Technical support of up to 300 man-hours from the date of acceptance of the modernisation and implementation of the FOIP SI, but no later than the duration of the contract.
4. Training of contracting administrators to manage the FOIP SI service of 15 hours of training for 10 persons
