Description

This invitation to tender will select 1 Supplier to be responsible for supplying the distribution of Microsoft access rights for educational purposes, as described in more detail in the invitation to tender and the annexes thereto, as well as the provision of related services to the administrative colleges of the Ministry of the Interior. The administrative schools of the Ministry of the Interior are the Police College, the Rescue College and the Border and Coast Guard School.
Framework agreements are concluded between the institutions and the selected supplier for the provision of Microsoft access distribution services and related services.
In addition, individual access agreements will be concluded between the educational establishments, Microsoft and the selected supplier. The number of access rights to be covered by the contracts as of 1 January 2015 will be reviewed at the time of the conclusion of the contracts. The uncommitted estimates of the number of FTEs and workstations are set out in the tender documents.
