Complete refurbishment of the national road N09 between Sierre-Ouest and Sierre-Est (km 113.160- km 117.240) including the Sierre-Est junction. The central strip is reduced to 2 m, which is covered between Sierre-Ouest and the tunnel portal. The drainage system and the route of the cable tube blocks are adapted, while the vehicle berthing systems are renewed. The structures will be refurbished (concrete treatment, replacement of seals, renewal of the supports, etc.) and a flue gas recirculation wall will be erected on the west portal of the Sierre tunnel. In the Sierre tunnel, the flooring of the banquets and the frames/covers of the shafts inside are renewed. The cross connection in the tunnel is adjusted.
