Description

Der Kreis Steinfurt plant in 49479 Ibbenbüren-Dörenthe den Bau eines schlüsselfertig zu errichtenden Schulgebäudes für eine Förderschule mit dem Schwerpunkt "Sprache" als Erweiterungsbau zu dem bestehenden Schulgebäudekomplex. Der Neubau ist als ein 2- geschossiges Schulgebäude (EG + 1. OG) mit Teilunterkellerung zu erstellen. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsflur, der direkt an den Bestand anschließt und zur Foyereinheit gehört, angeschlossen. Die gewählte Konstruktion/Bauweise des Erweiterungsneubaus soll in Massivbauweise im EH40 NH-Standard realisiert werden und eine DGNB-Zertifizierung in der Zertifikatsstufe Silber (Version 2018, Nutzungsprofil Bildungsbauten), sowie das QNG-PLUS Siegel erreichen.
