1. The subject matter of the public contract is services consisting of the maintenance of order and cleanliness on the streets, clinics and squares of the city of Kutno and the day-to-day maintenance of the city’s green green and memorial areas, along with the cutting of green spaces, located in street lanes in the city of Kutno.
2. The scope of the procurement covers:
2.1) maintaining the order, cleanliness of streets and squares and emptying the street baskets of the city of Kutno in the “Centre” area (Lot I of the contract);
2.2) maintaining the order, cleanliness of the streets and squares of the city of Kutno in the area of “Terenas of the City” (Part II of the Contract);
2.3) maintaining order and cleanliness in the area of the Payment Parking Zone (Lot III of the contract);
2.4) winter maintenance of pavements not included in the permanent maintenance area (Lot IV of the contract);
2.5) emptying of street baskets not included in the permanent maintenance area (Lot V of the contract);
2.6) maintaining cleanliness and order in the areas before the municipal cemetery of the city of Kutno located in Kuczków (Lot VI of the contract);
2.7) on-demand cleaning in areas of the city of Kutno not included in the permanent maintenance area (Lot VII of the contract);
2.8) maintaining order, cleanliness, greening and street furniture in the Traugutta Park (Lot VIII of the contract);
2.9) Maintenance of order, cleanliness, greening and street furniture on the Ochnia park (Lot IX of the contract);
2.10) maintenance of green spaces and small architecture elements in the central area of the city of Kutno (Lot X of the contract);
2.11) maintenance of order, cleanliness, green and small architecture elements in urban green areas (Lot XI of the contract);
2.12) maintenance of order, cleanliness, greening and small architecture elements in Kutno’s memories (Lot XII of the contract);
2.13) mowing of lawns in street lanes and other areas within the city of Kutno, outside permanent maintenance areas (Lot XIII of the contract);
2.14) performance of services related to the maintenance of green in areas not covered by permanent maintenance (Lot XIV of the contract);
2.15) cleaning work around the buildings of the Kutno City Council and the Civil Status Office in Kutno (Lot XV of the contract).
