Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of preparations for machine-washing of endoscopes, the detailed description of which is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR – ‘Tender form – price form’.
2. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted.
3. The contracting authority shall not allow equivalent tenders to be submitted.
4. The period of validity of the subject-matter of the contract (fitness for use) must be at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority’s premises.
