Description

The subject of the public contract is the contractual provision of the supply of chokes and resistors with the selected supplier for planned investment actions, planned repairs and the provision of emergency relief in the supply of chokes and resistors for the safe and reliable operation of distribution system facilities for the period 10/2027-10/2033. With regard to the scope of the contract, which is an above-threshold contract, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with Act No. 134/2016 Coll., on Public Procurement, as amended. The contract is divided into 3 parts within the meaning of Section 35 of the Act: Part 1. - supply of extinguishing chokes 22kV incl. relevant secondary resistor Part 2. - supply of extinguishing chokes 35kV incl. relevant secondary resistor Part 3. - deliveries of nodal resistors More information is given in the tender documentation published in the NETs.
