Description

en application des articles L2113-6 et 7 du Code de la commande publique, un groupement de commande a été constitué et une convention a été établie. Elle fixe le cadre juridique nécessaire à la passation de l'accord-cadre. Elle désigne la ville d'angoulême comme coordonnateur. A ce titre, la ville d'angoulême a pour mission d'organiser l'ensemble des opérations de sélection pour les membres du groupement. Par ailleurs, conformément à l'article L2113-7 du Code de la commande publique, le coordonnateur est chargé de signer et de notifier l'accord-cadre, chaque membre du groupement, pour ce qui le concerne, s'assurant de sa bonne exécution. Les membres du groupement sont la ville d'angoulême et le CCAS d'angoulême
