Deadlines: (1) Questions about the process: 28.06.2024, 8 pm. (2) Requests to participate via Ariba: 18.07.2024, 8 pm. (3) Invitation to tender: 25.07.2024. (4) Submission of questions concerning the tender: 02.08.2024, 8pm. (5) Deadline for submission of tenders: 16.08.2024, 8pm. 50Hertz is subject to central laws and regulations of the energy industry (such as EnWG, EEG, KWKG and StromNZV), the resulting process specifications of the Federal Network Agency (such as GPKE, MPES, MaBiS and WiM) and the role model for market communication in the German energy market. Technically, the aforementioned regulatory requirements are implemented with the help of energy data management systems (EDM systems). According to the role model, at 50Hertz the market roles of transmission system operators (TSOs), balancing coordinator (BIKO), network operator (NB), supplier (LF), balancing group manager (BKV) and metering point operator (MSB) are pronounced. The currently implemented EDM system landscape for balance coordinator, network operator, supplier, balancing group manager and metering point operator is to be renewed. For this reason, 50Hertz is conducting an EU tender procedure with separate lots for the individual EDM systems of the market roles balance coordinator, network operator, supplier/balance group manager and metering point operator including Smart Meter Gateway Administration (GWA), as well as for the functional area of remote meter reading (ZFA). The purpose of this call for tenders is to provide a service for the above-mentioned market roles to the following transmission system operator: 50Hertz Transmission GmbH (hereinafter referred to as 50Hertz), a company of the Elia Group. Upon signing the contract for this with 50Hertz, all affiliated companies receive the same rights and can call up services and deliveries from the contract. 50Hertz, the Elia Group and its affiliates are hereinafter referred to as the "Client".
