Trondheim municipality shall hold a tender contest for temporary residential offers for persons/families with children who are contacting NAV and who have acute housing needs. The housing need will be from 1 night to overnight over a long period. In order to prepare realistic tender documentation, which in turn is important for getting good contracts and good cooperation, we will invite potential suppliers to a market dialogue.
