Description

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of surgical area coverings, including medical kits, napkins, absorbent primers, sheets, personal protective equipment and other medical materials to the Fryderyk Chopin University Clinical Hospital in Rzeszów, ul. Szopena 2 and ul. The Knights 2. 2. A detailed description of the objects of the contract and indicative quantities of deliveries in the period covered by the contract was included in the Price and Tender Forms – Attachments No. 1 for individual parts, which are an integral part of the SWZ. 3. The scope of the contract includes the delivery of the items of the contract in the quantities specified in the Price and Offer Forms for a period of 24 months. 4. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders as described in the SWZ. 5. DEADLINE FOR COMPLETION OF THE CONTRACT: Successive delivery of the items of the order for 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of changing the term of the contract in the event of failure to complete the entire subject of the contract (basic order) during the contract period as a result of the implementation of lower orders. Amendment of the contract requires an annex, except that the Ordering Party unilaterally notifies Wyko
