The provision of preventive maintenance, maintenance, repair and replacement of the pavements of the streets of the city, as well as the related urban furniture elements, according to the technical specifications detailed in the corresponding annexes and in accordance with the municipal regulations in force. ELEMENTS INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE The contract will cover the elements of urban furniture already installed, as well as those that are installed during its validity, provided that their conservation and maintenance have not been previously awarded through another public procurement procedure, nor require specific treatments due to their technical characteristics or special materials.
