Description

The City of Kajaani will tender out the camera surveillance system for its properties with the necessary terminal equipment. The subject of the acquisition is the comprehensive renewal of the camera surveillance system of the City of Kajaani. A restricted procedure has been chosen as the procurement procedure by which the contracting entity seeks to maintain the confidentiality of security-critical information resulting from the reform of the CCTV system and to ensure the contracting entity's resources in relation to the size of the procurement. The aim of the acquisition is to improve the safety of the city's properties and to make the control system more efficient with modern solutions. The aim of the reform is to ensure that the city's real estate and assets, the personnel working in the properties and the residents who visit the properties can operate in a safe and protected environment. The procurement schedule is designed so that the addition and over-throw of the targets will be implemented in the new CCTV system during 2025, so that the first targets can be added during the summer of 2025. The CCTV server software is installed in a subscriber's server environment that supports Microsoft Windows Server 2022 and Microsoft SQL 2022 or later. The server environment will be purchased separately by the Subscriber, in which case the Subscriber will be responsible for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the server equipment and software. The Tenderer shall offer a complete solution, the procurement packages of which shall be delivered to the Subscriber fully ready for use. The offer must include everything necessary to make the complete solution ready for use, such as work, travel, travel time, kilometre allowances, daily allowances, hardware, software, licenses, components, installation accessories and tools, as well as system instruction and documentation in accordance with the invitation to tender.
