Description

L’appalto ha per oggetto la fornitura, a misura, e tramite apposito accordo quadro ai sensi dell’art. 54 del D.lgs 50/2016, di Autoveicoli e Pick Up, nuovi, senza conducente, con la formula del noleggio lungo termine “full service” destinati al personale della Committente e a tutte le società da questa controllate, necessari allo svolgimento dei servizi che quest’ultima svolge. L’accordo quadro avrà durata di 12 (dodici) mesi dalla data della sua sottoscrizione, con l’opzione di proroga, a insindacabile giudizio della Committente, per un ulteriore periodo di 12 (dodici) mesi. I contratti derivati dai singoli ordinativi di fornitura avranno una durata di 60 mesi dal ricevimento di ogni Autoveicolo e/o Pick up presso le sedi indicate dalla Committente. - CIG [8762083B9F]
