Description

1. The subject of the contract is to carry out information and promotion activities aimed at disseminating knowledge about succession in family businesses, with particular emphasis on enterprises located in the Małopolska region. 2. The main elements of the contract will be: execution of graphic projects, conducting promotional activities in social media, production of film materials, printing and delivery of an information brochure, making and delivery of roll-ups, making and delivery of posters, making and delivery of LED advertising coffers 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract (SOPZ) is attached as Annex 1D to the contract, which will be introduced as Annex 2 to the public contract. 4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the draft provisions of the public contract, which will be inserted in the public contract, the model contract, and constitute Annex 1C to the contract (‘the model contract’). 5. As part of the contract, the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Employer the proprietary copyrights to the materials created as part of the performance of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract. 6. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Act, the Contracting Authority specifies that it does not require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing activities in the field of contract performance, consisting in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22(1) of the Labour Code of 26 June 1974, Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465 and later. ).
