Description

Printing of the ‘Technological Monument Route’, including distribution, as described in the sieve.
The Contractor is responsible for the technical preparation of the material to be printed and printed. The Contractor will receive open files from the Contracting Authority.
The Contractor shall be responsible in particular for: typing errors, layout and quality of printed photos, erroneous signatures of photos that appeared in the publication due to the Contractor’s fault. The Contractor undertakes to remedy any defect in printing which is not attributable to the Contracting Authority at its own expense within the time limit specified by the Contracting Authority.
The Contractor undertakes not to use the materials supplied by the Contracting Authority for material supplied to other entities.
The costs of transporting the subject of the contract to the locations indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR shall be borne by the Contractor.
