Description

- Purpose of the framework agreement (cf. Article 2-1 of the consultation regulation) This consultation is organised by the Urban Community with a view to awarding a framework agreement on purchase orders for the supply of LEDS luminaires. - Procurement procedure (cf. Art. 2-2 of the Consultation Rules) The consultation was conducted in an open call for tenders. - Form of the framework agreement (cf. Art. 2-3 of the Consultation Regulation) This consultation will lead to the establishment of a framework agreement with single-awarded order forms.
