PL-Zgorzelec: Refuse collection services
1.The subject matter of the contract is:
(1) collection of mixed or post-sortar municipal waste (without separately collected waste) from residential and non-resident properties, in the manner specified in Paragraph 6(a) 1,
(2) providing property owners with the possibility of renting, renting or otherwise disposing of containers for the collection of mixed/mortgage municipal waste, in the manner specified in §6(1). 2,
(3) organisation of separate waste collection: paper and cardboard, metals, plastics, multi-material packaging, glass packaging and biodegradable waste, as specified in §6 par. 3,
(4) collection of bulky waste, furniture, used tyres, waste electrical and electronic equipment and large biodegradable packaging in the system. ‘exhibitions’, in the manner specified in Paragraph 6(a) 4,
(5) collection of construction and demolition waste in an individual system, in the manner specified in Paragraph 6(a) 5,
(6) collection of expired medicines from containers located at pharmacies and health centres in the manner specified in Paragraph 6(a) 6,
(7) operation and organisation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOKów) in the manner specified in §6(1) 7,
(8) collection, transport and delivery of all municipal waste from the municipality of Zgorzelec to the municipal waste treatment plant in Lubanie, in accordance with the rules laid down in Paragraph 6(6). 8,
(9) drawing up a timetable for the collection of municipal waste, in accordance with the procedure laid down in Paragraph 6(a) 9,
(10) keep documentation relating to the activities covered by the subject-matter of the contract in accordance with Paragraph 6(a) 10.
