Description

Für die Prozessierung von Halbleiterlaserdioden im Rahmen der Forschung und Entwicklung muss ein erprobtes System für das Elektronenstrahlverdampfen (ESV) beschafft werden. Hierbei muss das ESV-System in der Lage sein dünne Metallschichten für Materialabhebungsprozesse (Lift-Off) abzuscheiden. Das ESV-System muss in der Lage sein, entsprechenden Schichten im einer Auf-dampfrate im Bereich von Angström pro Sekunde abzuscheiden. Ebenso müssen die entspre-chenden Schichten sehr homogen mit einer hohen Reproduzierbarkeit abgeschieden werden kön-nen. Das ESV-System muss in der Lage sein, Reinigungs- und Anätzprozesse im Nanometer-Bereich durchführen zu können.
