Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of a flexible cystoscope to the FNsP J.A. Reimana Prešov’s urology department of 3 units. The subject of the contract must be new, unused and unremanufactured, in a flawless state and comply with all the requirements of the legislation in force in the Slovak Republic.
An integral part of the contract is the transport of the subject-matter of the contract to the agreed place of delivery, transport to the place of delivery and return, unloading at the place of delivery, the submission of documentary evidence necessary for the acquisition of ownership of the subject-matter of the contract, the provision of user documentation for the subject-matter of the contract, the commissioning of the subject-matter of the contract (installation), the training of the staff of the contracting authority and the proper use of the subject-matter of the contract, together with the issuing of a training certificate containing a nominal list of trained personnel, and the provision of warranty repairs in the event of defects in the subject-matter of the contract during the guarantee period.
