the task entrusted to the supervisor will consist of a basic task, within the meaning of Decree No 93.1268 of 29.11.93, with which a number of additional tasks may be associated. This consultation is addressed to a project management team presenting the architect’s skills.
The operation will take place in an empty environment.
The project must be part of the Paris Habitat-OPH sustainable development strategy and the Paris Climate Plan.
Obtaining CERQUAL habitat and environment certification Profile A performance option with Level RT 2012-20 % label (THPE 2012).
The mission will start in September 2014.
A visit to the building package will be organised with the 4 successful candidates at the end of the application selection phase.
The application submitted by the candidate must cover all the services covered by the contract.
The candidate may submit a single application, with one or more subcontractors or as a group.
